Description: SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” was founded in 1995. The production facilities of the enterprise are located at the following addresses:

• Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi town, 2, Inzheneriv Ave.;
• Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi Rayon, Shostakivka village, 1A, Heroiv Ukrainy St.

The property complex has a plant for the production of compound feed.

According to the decision of the Kirovohrad Economic Court dated September 27, 2021 in case No. 912/1911/21, the following was issued:

• oblige the SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” to return to the state reserve material assets in relation to which failure to ensure safety has been established, namely: 1,476.200 tons of class 2 wheat, 15,092.459 tons of class 3 wheat, 1.900 tons of class 6 wheat;
• recover from the SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” in favor of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine (28 Pushkinska St., Kyiv, 0101, USREOU code 37472393) UAH 147,671,475.69 which is 100% fine; UAH 7,452,352.28 penalties and UAH 29,534,295.14 which is 20% fine, as well as UAH 794,500.00 of court fee.

Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 109 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 108,870.2 sq. m. Information about vehicles: 16 units of motor vehicles and special equipment.

The property complex of SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” also includes: movable property, machinery and equipment, tools, inventory, etc.

The property located at the address: Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi town, 2, Inzheneriv Ave., and the complex located at the address: Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi Rayon, Shostakivka village, 1A, Heroiv Ukrainy St. is in a tax lien. All real estate of the SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” has been seized.

Information about land plots: 2 land plots with a total area of 19.15 hectares.

As of November 23, 2023, part of the property complex real estate with a total area of 59.3 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 agreement. The lease agreement is valid until 13.05.2026 inclusively.

SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2”, in accordance with the lease agreement for individually defined property belonging to state property, No. 18/06 dated 18.06.2019, leases a ZAZ-Daewoo car of Nubira model, registration No. AR6674ВХ, manufactured 1998, which is on the balance sheet of the State Organization “Zirka Plant”. The contract is valid until June 18, 2024 inclusively.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are 9 objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: 2 civil defense shelters, residential building, dormitory, barn, transformer substation, external sewerage networks, etc.

SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.

The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
