Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 23 registered units of real estate (739/1000 shares of the property complex of non-residential buildings (warehouses, boiler house, workshop, etc.)) and infrastructure (transformer substation, water supply, sewerage, heating networks, fences, etc.) with a total area of 2,645.1 sq. m located at the following addresses:

• Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 10 Chaikovskoho St.
• Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, Shevchenka St.

According to information from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate in relation to the subject dated November 17, 2023, information certificate number 354857627: the Zhmerynka city-district department of the state executive service of the Central-Western interregional division of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi town), Vinnytsia Oblast, by decision on state registration of rights and their encumbrances, index number: 56758661 dated 23.02.2021, all real estate of the SOE “Brailiv juice factory” was seized.

The company has in its assets production equipment in the amount of 58 pieces, tools, instruments, inventory (furniture) in the amount of 244 pieces, spare parts in the amount of 302 pieces, low-value and wearable items in the amount of 795 pieces. There are no motor vehicles.

There are no land plots that are in permanent use of the SOE “Brailiv juice factory”. By the decision of the Economic Court of the Vinnytsia Oblast dated September 27, 2013, case No. 902/1000/13, the State Act on the right to permanent use of a land plot, series II-VN No. 001126, issued on May 26, 2019, was declared invalid.

The property that is part of the property complex of  SOE “Brailiv juice factory” is not leased.

The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization:

• artesian well, pumping station above the well with a total area of 24.7 sq.m, which are located at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 10 Chaikovskoho St.;
• artesian well at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 107 Chaikovskoho St.

There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the natural environment, waste was not generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Brailiv juice factory” does not carry out economic activities for its intended purpose.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
