Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 22 registered units of real estate (739/1000 shares of the property complex of non-residential buildings (warehouses, boiler house, workshop, etc.)) and infrastructure (transformer substation, water supply, sewerage, heating networks, fences, etc.) with a total area of 2,636.8 sq. m located at the following addresses:
- Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 10, Chaikovskoho St.
- Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 107, Chaikovskoho St.
According to information from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate in relation to the subject dated 06.06.2024 (information certificate number 381782871) regarding the property/rights of the SOE “Brailiv juice factory” there are registered encumbrances, namely: seizure of real estate.
The State Owned Enterprise “Brailiv juice factory” does not have rights to land plots that are in permanent use.
By the decision of the Economic Court of the Vinnytsia Oblast dated September 27, 2013, case No. 902/1000/13, the State Act on the right to permanent use of a land plot, series II-VN No. 001126, issued on May 26, 1995, was declared invalid.
There are no vehicles on the company’s balance sheet.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 261 inventory units (furniture, equipment, work wear, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
As of June 10, 2024, the company’s property is not leased.
The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization:
- artesian well with a pumping station above the well with extension with a total area of 24.7 sq.m, located at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, 10, Chaikovskoho St.;
- artesian well with a pumping station with a total area of 8.3 sq.m, located at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Raion, Brailiv urban-type settlement, n/a, Shevchenka St. The pumping station building is not registered in the register of property rights to real estate; a technical passport has been issued.
There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the natural environment, waste was not generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Brailiv juice factory” does not carry out economic activities since 2007.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
