Lease information:
As of 24.08.2023 property is not leased. In accordance with the lease agreement #1347 dated 19.11.2012, the term of which expired on 18.09.2018, the Executive Committee of Vyshnev City Council of Buchansky district of Kyiv region continues to occupy property – non-residential premises with a total area of 1,426.2 sq.m. (non-residential premises of 1,143.4 sq.m. and an assembly hall of 282.8 sq.m).
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there is an object that is not subject to privatization – a protective structure of civil protection – a bomb shelter with a total area of 376.5 sq.m., located in the basement of the administrative and laboratory building, which belongs to the state property and is under the management of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
