As of September 30, 2025, overdue accounts payable amounted to UAH 84,953,600.00, including:
- wage arrears – UAH 8,332,840.34;
- debt to the budget – UAH 47,436,652.30;
- other accounts payable – UAH 29,184,107.36.
Real estate information: the privatization object includes 38 units of real estate (administrative, production, warehouse buildings and structures, etc.) and infrastructure (paving, fences, parking lots, etc.) with a total area of 38,631.7 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- 8-A Anton Tsedik St., Kyiv city;
- 51 Dehtiarivska St., Kyiv city.
Information about land plots: 5 land plots with a total area of 4.1413 hectares. The right to use the land plots on which the Privatization Object is located has not been formalized.
Vehicle information: 10 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured between 1974 and 2007.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the company’s balance sheet and are part of the privatization object: 1,247 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the appendix to the information notification).
Information about lease agreements: as of September 30, 2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 2,329.35 sq. m has been leased under 17 agreements. The expiration date of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.
The company’s balance sheet includes assets that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- storage facility No. 108895 located at 7 Anton Tsedik St., Kyiv city;
- storage facility No. 108906 located at 51 Dehtiarivska St., Kyiv city (built into the laboratory and utility building).
The company has no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, and no waste was generated or disposed of.
The company did not receive any mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on business days from 9 to 17 (by prior arrangement).
