Information about the land plot: the privatization object is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the administrative building at the following address: 9, Boryspilska St., Kyiv city, Darnytskyi Rayon. The administrative building is located on the land plot with cadastral number 8000000000:63:275:0032.
The land plot on which the privatization object is located is not the subject of a purchase and sale. The buyer shall decide on the issue of land use independently in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, after the transfer of ownership of the privatization object to the buyer.
The list of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 97 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the annex to the information notification).
Information on lease agreements: as of 31.03.2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 79.2 sq. m was leased out under 1 agreement, which is valid until the real estate privatization auction.
Vehicle information: the company has no vehicles on its balance sheet.
The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- storage facility (anti-radiation shelter) No. 101304, located at the following address: 9, Boryspilska St., building No. 2, Kyiv city, Ukraine;
- storage facility (radiation protection shelter) No. 101253, located at the following address: 9, Boryspilska St., building No. 22, Kyiv city, Ukraine.
The company does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, as well as no waste was generated or disposed of.
The company did not receive any mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
The buyer is obliged to ensure within six months from the date of transfer of ownership, namely:
- repayment of the debts of the SOE “Scientific Center of Precision Engineering” on wages and to the budget in the amount that will be formed on the date of transfer of ownership of the property complex;
- prevent the dismissal of employees of the SOE “Scientific Center of Precision Engineering” at the initiative of the buyer or its authorized body (except for actions for which dismissal is provided for under paragraphs 3, 4, 7 and 8 of part one of Article 40 and Article 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine).
