Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 24 registered units of real estate (feed warehouse, incubation shop, laboratory building, glacier building, weighing house, garage, 2 fishermen’s houses, etc.) and infrastructure (2 sheds, swimming pool, well, reinforced concrete pier, harbor dam, dam, pavement, pit with metal fittings, gateway, pit, fence, feeder, etc.) with a total area of 1201.7 sq. m, located at the address: Odesa Oblast, Biliaivka Rayon, Paliivka village, 30, Lymanska St.
Information on the encumbrances applied to the debtor of the SOE “Regional research and experimental complex” (USREOU code: 33171824): according to information provided from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Real Estate (hereinafter – Register) on the property of the SOE “Regional research and experimental complex” (USREOU code: 33171824) the following encumbrances were registered: tax lien, prohibition of alienation, seizure of the debtor’s property (encumbrance record numbers in Register are: No. 15624716 dated July 21, 2016; No. 22420681 dated September 20, 2017; No. 44584605 dated October 22, 2021).
Information about land plots: SOE “RREC” is located on a land plot allocated to the Odesa Basin Administration for the Reproduction of the Protection of Aquatic Living Resources and Fisheries Regulation “Odesarybvod” (in a state of termination) in accordance with the State Act of Permanent Use I-OD No. 001118 register. No. 248.
According to available information, SOE “RREC” was working on registering a land plot for SOE “RREC” and assigning this plot a cadastral number No. 5121081700:01:001:0497.
As of March 31, 2023, the land plots owned, used or leased by the SOE “Regional research and experimental complex” are not registered.
The property on the balance sheet of the SOE “RREC” has not been leased.
