- the object not subject to privatization constitutes a share of 29/100 of the total area of 1,263.3 sq.m of the real estate object (registration number 763064646101) and includes: a staircase on the 1st floor of the “A-2” building and the hostel premises on the 2nd floor with a total area of 364.1 sq.m.

The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
