- Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi Rayon, Shostakivka village, 1A, Heroiv Ukrainy St.
The property complex has a plant for the production of compound feed.
Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 111 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial, warehouse, office buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 108,636.5 sq. m.
Information about land plots: 2 land plots with a total area of 19.1500 hectares.
Vehicles information: 16 units of motor vehicles and special equipment.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 2185 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
As of May 1, 2025, part of the property complex real estate with a total area of 59.3 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 agreement. The lease agreement is valid until 13.05.2026 inclusively.
SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2”, in accordance with the lease agreement for individually defined property belonging to state property, No. 18/06 dated 18.06.2019, leases a ZAZ-Daewoo car of Nubira model, registration No. AR6674ВХ, manufactured 1998, which is on the balance sheet of the State Organization “Zirka Plant”. The contract is valid until June 18, 2024 inclusively.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are 9 objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: 2 civil defense shelters, residential building, dormitory, barn, transformer substation, external sewerage networks, etc.
SOE “Kirovohrad Grain Processing Plant #2” did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.
The enterprise does not produce emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment as well as generate or dispose of waste.
Privatization conditions:
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00 at the registration address of the state enterprise: Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi town, 2, Inzheneriv Ave., as well as at the address of the location of the property of the property complex of the state owned enterprise, namely: Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi Rayon, Shostakivka village, 1A, Heroiv Ukrainy St., by prior arrangement with the company representative.
