As of September 30, 2025, accounts payable amounted to UAH 2,384,156.49, including:
- wage arrears – UAH 64,298.96;
- debt to the budget – 2,038,000.00;
- insurance debt – UAH 74,638.84;
- other accounts payable – UAH 207,218.69.
Real estate information: the privatization object includes 25 units of real estate (production, administrative, warehouse, and auxiliary buildings and structures) and infrastructure (electricity, heating, water supply and sewage networks, fencing, flyovers, etc.) with a total area of 3,493.3 sq. m, located at the following address:

Land plot information: the right to use the land plot on which the Privatization Object is located has not been formalized. The land plot on which the Privatization Object is located is not subject to sale and purchase, therefore the Buyer shall resolve the issue of land use independently in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, after the transfer of ownership of the Privatization Object to the Buyer.
Vehicle information: as of September 30, 2025, there are no vehicles on the company’s balance sheet.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the company’s balance sheet and are part of the privatization object: 51 units (equipment, furniture, inventory) (for more details, see the appendix to the information notification).
Information about lease agreements: as of September 30, 2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 2,363.5 sq. m was leased under 9 agreements. The deadline for the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.
The company stores third-party property on the basis of storage agreements.
The company does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, and no waste was generated or disposed of.
The company did not receive any mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
