The land plots on which the Privatization Object is located are not the subject of purchase and sale, therefore the Buyer decides on the issue of land use independently in the manner prescribed by current legislation after the transfer of ownership of the Privatization Object to the Buyer.
Vehicle information: 21 motor vehicles (including 4 transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).
As of September 30, 2023, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 2,841.3 sq. m was leased in accordance with 5 contracts. The maximum validity period of lease agreements is until July 16, 2029.

The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- apartment with a total area of 88.3 sq. m located at the address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Khmelnytskyi city, 36/1, Zarichanska St.
The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.
There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of.

- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
