The main activity of the SOE “Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port” according to the Сharter is the support services for water transport. The company specializes in reloading timber cargo, mineral fertilizers, iron ore pellets, metal products and grain cargo. Vessels enter through the approach channel of the marine part of the Dniester-Tsargorod estuary with a length of 1.5 km and the Dniester-Liman part with a length of 14.5 km. The depth of the approach channel is 3.0 m (passport depth of the approach channel is 3.5-4.5 m). The Property Complex is located on an area of 64.4 hectares at the following addresses:

According to the data of the SOE “Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port” as of September 30, 2023, the debt on wages and payments to the budget is UAH 105,478,580.80, including a penalty of UAH 1,700,584.71.

The debt for payment of land tax as of September 30, 2023 is UAH 32,014,187.86. For the last three years and 9 months of 2023, the enterprise did not pay land tax.

  • Odesa Oblast, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi town, Zatoka urban-type settlement, 93 Zolotoy Bereh Boulevard (buildings and structures of the “Priboy” recreation center with a total area of 1,700.2 sq. m).

Total area of buildings and structures: 35,898.0 sq. m.

Information about land plots: 6 registered land plots with a total area of 65.6368 ha.

Property Complex includes 9 ships of the port fleet, 47 units of road and 4 units of rail transport.

Information on movable property: 1259 units (port cranes, forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, equipment, furniture, inventory, computer and office equipment, etc.).

As of September 30, 2023, part of the property of Property Complex (20 units, including: real estate, vehicles, etc.) is leased. The deadline of lease agreements is until 06.09.2027.

On the balance sheet of the Property Complex there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: 6 motor vehicles (transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine) and a hostel with a total area of 1,520.1 sq. m, located at the address Odesa Oblast, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, 77 Shabska St.

Property (buildings, structures, movable property) belonging to other users and not included in the privatization object is located on the territory of the Property Complex.

According to the decision of the Odesa customs of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine dated May 26, 2016 No. 50008/0218 at the addresses: Odesa Oblast, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi town, 81 Shabska St and the Buhaz port point (Odesa Oblast, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Rayon, Zatoka urban-type settlement, 1 Primorska St.) a customs control zone was created. Type of customs control zone: temporary. It is created for the period of stay of goods and vehicles under customs control.

Information about the availability of mobilization tasks: by order of the Odesa Regional Military Administration No. 27-DSK dated October 06, 2022, mobilization tasks (orders) for a special period and measures for their implementation (for official use) were communicated to the SOE “Belgorod-Dniester Sea Commercial Port”.

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on the payment of environmental fees and charges for 2022: none, environmental fees are not paid.

Privatization conditions:

  • repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
  • preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
