Information on land plots: the enterprise disposes of a land plot of 3442 sq. m., located under the ETC building (cadastral number 7410100000:01:010:0607) on the right of permanent use. Also between the SOE and the Chernihiv City Council concluded an easement agreement (valid until 31.10.2024) on a land plot of 25 sq. m. (at the entrance to the training center, cadastral number 7410100000:01:010:0106).

Land plots under privatization are not for sale.
The property, which is part of the property complex of SOE “Chernihiv ETC”, is not leased.
There are no assets on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
Volumes of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere (according to the tax return on environmental tax):
- for 2021 (using natural gas for space heating) in total for the enterprise – nitrogen oxide 0.03 tons, and carbon oxide 0.096 tons,
- for 6 months of 2022 (using natural gas for space heating) in total for the enterprise – nitrogen oxide 0.007 tons and carbon oxide 0.02 tons.
Hazardous waste is not generated by the enterprise.
Environmental payments for 2021: (according to the tax return on environmental tax: environmental costs (annual) actually paid in total – UAH 82.43 (Eighty-two UAH 43 kopecks).
Pollutants were not released into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and before the budget, incurred at the time of transfer of ownership, within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
