The distance from the location of the object to Kyiv is 2.8 km, to the metro station “Akademmistechko” is 6.4 km.

Within walking distance from the Facility there are a town recreational park (150 m), the Belichi railway station (120 m), secondary school No. 18 (650 m), a modern residential complex, social infrastructure facilities.

Оbject description: the facility has a water supply and sewerage network. Power supply is provided by two substations of 700 and 490 kW.

The privatization object ceased its core activities in August 2019.

Iinformation about land plots: the privatization object is located on 3 land plots with a total area of 8.2953 ha, including:

• – cadastral number 3210946200:01:034:0014, area – 6.1884 ha;
• – cadastral number 3210946200: 01:034:0015, area – 2.0963 ha;
• – cadastral number 3210946200: 01:034:0016, area – 0.0106 ha.

Type of ownership of the indicated land plots: state;

The designated purpose of land plots: other public purposes;

Category of land: land for residential and public buildings,

Type of restriction: security zone around an industrial facility.

On a land plot with an area of 6.1884 ha, cadastral number 3210946200:01:034:0014, there is a building of a family hostel with a total area of 831.1 sq. m, at the address: Zaliznychna St., 5, Kotsyubynske village, Kiev region, which is recorded on the balance sheet of the state enterprise “Information Assessment Center” (USREOU code (ЄДРПОУ): 00209131).

Land plots on which the privatization object is located are not subject for sale, so the questions of land use the buyer will decide independently in the manner prescribed by applicable law, after the ownership rights  will be transferred to the buyer of the privatization object.

Privatization conditions: unconditional auction.
