Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 8 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (production, storage, administrative buildings and structures) with a total area of 4005,5 sq. m located at the following addresses:

• Lviv Oblast, Stryi Rayon, village of Hnizdychiv, 4 Konovaltsia Street;
• Lviv Oblast, Stryi Rayon, village of Hnizdychiv, Konovaltsia Street, 15-A.

 Information about land plots: According to the State Act on the Right of Permanent Land Use dated March 20, 2001, Series II-LV No. 004874, the SOE «Hnizdychiv State Distillery» was granted the right to use 14.5930 hectares of land. According to a certificate from the Hnizdychiv Village Council of the Stryi District, Lviv Region, dated September 26, 2024, ref. No. 02-05/1120/24, after the exclusion of portions of land plots occupied by privately owned real estate, the area of the land plot currently in use by the SOE «Hnizdychiv State Distillery» is 9.0045 hectares. The land plot also contains privately owned residential buildings.

The State Register of Real Property Rights contains information indicating that the state-owned enterprise «Hnizdychiv State Distillery» holds a land plot with cadastral number 46215553000:05:014:0379, located at: Lviv Oblast, Stryi (formerly Zhydachiv) Rayon, village of Hnizdychiv, 15A Konovaltsia Street.

The land plot on which the Privatization Object is located is not subject to sale. The buyer shall resolve land use issues independently in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law after the ownership rights to the Privatization Object have been transferred to the buyer.

 No vehicles or other assets (movable property) are recorded on the balance sheet of the SOE «Gnizdychiv Distillery».

 As of December 31, 2025, the SOE assets have not been leased out.

 The balance sheet of the state-owned enterprise «Gnizdychiv State Distillery» does not include assets that are not subject to privatization.

 The SOE does not release or discharge pollutants into the environment.

 As of December 31, 2025, the company had not received any government contracts or mobilization orders.

Privatization conditions: the purchaser of the single property complex of the SOE “Gnizdychiv State Distillery” is required, within six months of the date of transfer of ownership, to ensure: the repayment of wage arrears and budget arrears in the amount outstanding as of the date of transfer of ownership of the single property complex; that no employees of the privatized enterprise are dismissed at the initiative of the buyer or an entity authorized by the buyer (except in cases where an employee commits acts for which dismissal is provided for under paragraphs 3, 4, 7, and 8 of Part 1 of Article 40 and Article 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine).
