Information on lease agreements: as of 30.05.2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 248.0 sq. m was leased out under 3 agreements. The maximum term of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.
Information on the status of mobilization tasks: the company has been given mobilization tasks.
The company’s balance sheet includes 15 objects that are not subject to privatization (anti-radiation shelter, external networks, equipment, etc.).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- For Q1 2025 (according to the form No. 2-TP (air) annual), in total for the enterprise is 7.213 tonnes.
- Waste generation for Q1 2025 (according to Form No. 1-Waste (annual)) in total for the enterprise is 113.521 tonnes.
- Environmental payments for Q1 2025 (according to Form No. 1-Environmental Expenses (annual)) actually paid in total – UAH 4.259 thousand.
- There are no discharges of pollutants into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
