Environmental payments for 2020 (according to the form №1 – environmental costs (annual) actually paid in total: UAH 2.51 thousand, including:
- for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources of pollution – UAH 2,348 thousand;
- for waste disposal – UAH 0.162 thousand.
Discharges of pollutants into the environment: none.
Privatization conditions:
- preservation of the main activities of the enterprise for three years:
-52.10 Warehousing;
-10.61 Manufacture of flour and cereal products;
-10.91 Manufacture of prepared feeds for farm animals;
-46.21 Wholesale trade of grain, unmanufactured tobacco, seeds and animal feeds.
- execution of a collective agreement that will remain in effect at the enterprise on the date of transfer of ownership, during its term, and after its expiration – concluding a new or amending an existing agreement in the manner prescribed by law and ensuring its implementation (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On collective agreements and contracts ”).
- compliance with the requirements and additional restrictions of environmental legislation on the use of the enterprise:
-observance of standards of maximum allowable discharges (GDS) of pollutants with return waters; -observe permits and agreements for joint drainage;
– comply with regulations in accordance with permits for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources.
- preventing the dismissal of employees of a privatized enterprise on the initiative of the new owner or his authorized body within six months from the date of transfer of ownership (paragraph 7 of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On privatization of state and municipal property”);
- implementation of civil protection and fire safety measures in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine (Articles 20,32,55 of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine).
