The cost of assets as of 31.12.2025 is 12,969.00 thousand UAH; current liabilities are 72,238.4 thousand UAH. The total area of ​​real estate is over 16 thousand sq. m. The balance sheet of the enterprise includes 25 vehicles. The balance sheet of the enterprise includes objects that are not subject to privatization (residential buildings, buildings, engineering infrastructure, civil defense protective structures). The land plots on which the Privatization Object is located are not subject to purchase and sale, therefore the buyer decides the issue of land use independently in the manner established by current legislation, after the transfer of ownership of the Privatization Object to the buyer.
