Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 32 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (buildings and structures for recreational purposes, unfinished construction objects, etc.) with a total area of 1,236.1 sq. m, located at the following addresses:

The recreation center is operational, seasonal, with a rest period during June – August. To ensure power supply to the recreation center on Svityaz Lake, a ground-based electrical network is used, which includes: the main power line – a separate 10 kV line from the 110/35/10 kV Shatsk substation to the 10/0.4 kV transformer substation; the 10/0.4 kV transformer substation; low voltage power line 0.4 kV from the 10/0.4 kV transformer substation to GRP 0.4 kV base. Consumer – the Volyn Oblast organization of the Ukrainian Union of Afghanistan Veterans is connected to ZTP No. 439 (in RU-0.4 kV) on the verge of balance sheet ownership.

*- the land plots on which the Privatization Object is located are not the subject of purchase and sale, therefore the buyer decides the issue of land use independently in the manner established by the current legislation after the transfer of ownership of the Privatization Object to the buyer.
**- by the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On the formation and liquidation of Rayons” dated July 17, 2020 No. 807-IX, the Shatsk Rayon was liquidated and the Kovel Rayon was formed, including the territories of the Shatsk village territorial community.
As of February 21, 2024, the privatization object (its parts) is not leased.
Privatization conditions: maintaining the activity profile.
The period for fulfilling the buyer’s obligations under conditions that do not have a specific period for their fulfillment does not exceed five years from the date of transfer of ownership of the privatization object to the buyer in accordance with the requirements of Part 3 of Art. 27 of the Law of Ukraine “On the privatization of state and municipal property”.
