As of 31.03.2025, overdue accounts payable amounted to UAH 87,853.00 thousand, including:

• wage arrears – UAH 36,163.00 thousand;
• debt to the budget – UAH 21,121.00 thousand;
• other accounts payable – UAH 30,569.00 thousand (including insurance settlements – UAH 10,556.00 thousand).

Real estate information: the privatization object includes 68 units of real estate (administrative, industrial, warehouse buildings and structures, etc.) and infrastructure (water supply and sewerage networks, power lines, gas pipeline, etc.) with a total area of 50,089.3 sq. m, located at the following addresses:

• 9 Nauky Ave., Kharkiv city;
• 20 Darwina St., Kharkiv city;
• 8 Zaliznychnyi lane, Dergachi town, Dergachi Rayon, Kharkiv Oblast;
• 203 Klochkivska St., Kharkiv city, box-type garages No. 19-20; 30-31; 34-35, 50-51, 61-62.

Information about the land plots: 5 registered land plots with a total area of 6.1190 hectares.

Vehicle information: 10 units of motor vehicles manufactured in 1987–2006.

The list of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and included in the privatization object as of 31.03.2025: 379 units (equipment, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the Annex to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements:  as of 31.05.2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 11,305.3 sq. m  was leased out under 19 agreements.  The maximum term of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.

The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: production buildings with a total area of 2,200.6 sq. m (production building with an area of 1,980.4 sq. m, production building with an area of 220.2 sq. m), garage with an area of 58.3 sq. m, telephone network, cable networks, water supply networks, sewerage networks, radio networks, heat supply networks, located at the address: 129 Tkachenka Ivana St., Donetsk city, Donetsk Oblast; URAL drilling rig model 43203 manufactured in 1991. The real estate objects, according to the use agreement No. 9/193 dated 29.03.2007, are located on a land plot of 0.1800 ha at the following address: 129 Tkachenka St., cadastral number 1410137700:00:010:0002.

Information on the status of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks.

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: no emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

Time and place of the object inspection: by prior arrangement with the representative of the company on weekdays at the location of the privatization object.
