• Ternopil Oblast, Ternopil (Zbarazh) Rayon, Zarubyntsi village, 1, 1D Zavodska St.;
• Ternopil Oblast, Ternopil (Zbarazh) Rayon, Zbarazh town, 61, Zavodska St.

As part of the assets of the SOE “Zarubyntsi distillery” there is specialized overall equipment, including: fermentation tanks, tanks, grain bins, alcohol tanks, ether tanks, fuel oil tanks, an evaporator, 15t scales, 25t scales, etc.

Information about land plots: 4 registered land plots with a total area of 23.5952 ha.

Information about vehicles: 27 units of vehicles and special equipment.

The property of the SOE “Zarubyntsi distillery” is not leased.

SOE “Zarubyntsi distillery” leases: real estate, warehouses, equipment, motor vehicle.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, in the amount of 4 units (3 residential buildings, gasification of the Oprylivtsi village).

The enterprise has no mobilization tasks (orders).

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:

For 2025 (according to Form No. 2TP (Air), the total for the enterprise is 431.486 tons.
Waste generation for 2025 (according to Form No. 1 – Waste) total for the enterprise – none, including:

Environmental payments for 2025 (according to Form No. 1 – environmental expenses) actually paid in total – 19,331.35 UAH. including: for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere from stationary sources of pollution – 19,331.35 UAH; for waste disposal – none.

There are no discharges of pollutants into the environment.

Privatization conditions:

• settlement of the debts of the state-owned enterprise “Zarubinsky Distillery” related to wages and budget payments, in the amount outstanding as of the date of transfer of ownership of the single property complex (if such debts exist);
• prevention of the dismissal of employees of the privatized enterprise at the initiative of the buyer or an entity authorized by the buyer (except in cases where an employee commits acts for which dismissal is provided for under paragraphs 3, 4, 7, and 8 of Part 1 of Article 40 and Article 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine).
