• wage arrears – UAH 2,998,272.61;
• debt to the budget – UAH 2,527,566.06;

Real estate information: 11 registered units of real estate (administrative, production, warehouse buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 16,753.3 sq. m, located at the following address: 74A Patriotichna St., Zaporizhzhia city.

Information about the land plot: as of September 30, 2025, the land plot with a total area of 1.68 hectares located at 74A Patriotichna St., Zaporizhzhia city, is not registered or formed in the State Land Cadastre, and no cadastral number has been granted to the land plot.

Vehicle information: 4 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured between 1978 and 1994.

List of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object as of September 30, 2025: 720 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the appendix to the information notification).

As of November 20, 2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 73.31 sq. m was leased under 4 agreements. The term of the lease agreements is specified in the information notification.

As of September 30, 2025, there were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, and no waste was generated or disposed of at the company.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 12 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

Time and place of the object inspection:  on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00 at the location of the object: 74A Patriotichna St., Zaporizhzhia city, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, by prior agreement with the representative of the auction organizer.
