As of March 31, 2023, there is no property leased.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects not subject to privatization in the amount of 11 units (6 residential houses, 4 stables of a residential house, a protective structure of civil protection (anti-radiation shelter)).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- The volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air for 2022 (according to Form No. 2-TP (air) (annual) in total for the enterprise – 26.268 tons.
- Waste generation for 2022 (according to form No. 1 – waste (annual) in total for the enterprise – 42,703.24 tons.
- Environmental payments for 2022 (according to form No. 1 – environmental costs (annual) actually paid in total – UAH 320.4 thousand.
- Discharges of pollutants into the environment – no.
The enterprise did not receive government orders, mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
