The property of the State Enterprise “Trilisy distillery plant” (USREOU code 32728213) for the total amount of UAH 3,227,321.00 is in a tax lien according to the Property Description dated 12.01.2016 № 39/10/10-07-23-63 based on the Deсision of Vasylkiv Oblast State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Office of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in Kyiv Oblast dated 11.01.2016 No. 151/10/10-07-23-62 on the description of property in a tax lien.

On the specified land plot there are real estate objects intended for use in the production process and which are part of the privatization object, namely: production and storage buildings, other buildings and structures, as well as real estate objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: residential houses, cellars and sheds in residential houses, etc.
As of March 31, 2023, part of the company’s real estate (part of the chimney and platform nearby; part of the roof of the carbon dioxide workshop building) is leased in accordance with 2 agreements.
The deadline for the validity of existing lease agreements is until February 29, 2024.
The enterprise has in its assets production equipment that has not been used for a long time due to the fact that the enterprise has not been carrying out production activities since 2010.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are assets that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- 45 units of buildings and structures (3 anti-radiation shelters, 19 residential houses, 4 artesian wells, gas and water supply networks, sewerage networks, etc.), which are located at the address: Kyiv Oblast, Fastiv Rayon, Trilisy village, 1a, Stepova St;
- 12 units of motor vehicles due to their seizure.
Information on the volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants: no emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment were made, no waste was generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the State Enterprise “Trilisy distillery plant” has not been carrying out production activities since 2010.
The enterprise did not receive government orders, mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
