• Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Kryvyi Rih Rayon, Kudashivka village, 7, Livoberezhna storona St.

Information about vehicles: 15 units of vehicles and special equipment, incl. 4 vehicles that were transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The object also includes: appliances, furniture, inventory, etc.

Information about land plots: 2 registered land plots with a total area of 2.7589 hectares.

According to the information provided by the enterprise and the information contained in the technical documentation on land management for establishing (restoring) the boundaries of a land plot in kind (on the ground), in the permanent use of the SOE “State Institute for Design of Mining Enterprises “Kryvbasproekt” at the address Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Kryvyi Rih town, 40, Pochtoviy avenue there is a land plot with an area of 1. 4175 hectares, of which cadastral number 1211000000:08:306:0029 was assigned to 1.3378 hectares for the intended purpose – for the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures of scientific institutions (land purpose code: 03.11). The remainder with an area of 0.0797 hectares, out of a total area of 1.4175 hectares, is under the right of joint use with CB Privatbank, included in the area of the local area of 0.2325 hectares, to which cadastral number 1211000000:08:38 for location of the CB Privatbank branch was assigned. Land area on 12a, Girnychozavodska St. is 0.36 hectares.

As of August 01, 2023, part of the real estate of the State Enterprise with a total area of 912.75 sq. m. is leased in accordance with 4 contracts. The maximum validity period of existing lease agreements is until February 23, 2027.

There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.

Information about the presence/absence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.

There are no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, and no waste is generated or disposed of.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months..
