As of 30.09.2023 part of the real estate of the property complex with a total area of 311.1 sq. m has been leased in accordance with 3 existing lease agreements of state property. Maximum term of validity of agreements is till 31.05.2023.
Between SOE “Research Plant of the Institute of Pulse Processes and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and “Beryl” LLC is concluded a lease agreement №29 dated 01.07.2017 for three rooms of the Pier №275 of the “Nauka” recreation center with a total area of 44.3 sq.m. The contract expired on 31.05.2020, the property was not returned due to its destruction.
There is no property on the company’s balance sheet that is not subject to privatization.
The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.

Privatization conditions:
- repayment of wage arrears within 3 months;
- repayment of debts to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
