- Poltava Oblast, Poltava Rayon, Skorokhodove urban-type settlement, 9-A, Pershotravneva St.; 4, Pryvokzalna St.; Sofiivska St.;
- Poltava Oblast, Poltava Rayon, Petrivka village, 25, Khlibnyi Lane.
Information about motor vehicles: 22 units of motor vehicles and special equipment (there are no documents for 15 units of vehicles).
Information about land plots: 5 registered land plots with a total area of 28.3108 ha.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are 6 objects (a hostel, a shelter facility (a warehouse for civil defense), a fire department building, a bomb shelter, 2 apartments) with a total area of 709.9 sq. m., which are not subject to privatization.
Due to presence of the debt of the SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” for enforcement proceedings, which as of 31.03.2023 is UAH 90,033,455.47, the executive service bodies seized the accounts, all real estate and movable property of the SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” and the “Bread base No. 88” Branch of the SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant”.
Based on the decision of the authorized person of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Oblast dated March 28, 2017 No. 341/16-01 on the property inventory for tax lien and in accordance with acts No. 8/16-31-13-05-17 dated October 10, 2022 and No. 2/16-31-50-17-35 dated March 14, 2019, an inventory of the movable property of the SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” was carried out for tax lien. As of March 31, 2023, the company’s tax debt is UAH 4,873,801.72.
Information about lease agreements concluded for the object: there are no lease agreements.
SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” did not receive government orders, mobilization tasks.
SOE “Poltava Grain Processing Plant” does not carry out emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
