The complex of buildings and structures, mainly for production and storage purposes, is in an unsatisfactory condition and needs major repairs. All buildings are supplied with electricity and gas. Water is supplied from a well, the sewerage system is in an unusable condition. There is no heating system.
The main part of the objects is not used for their functional purpose.
The company is located within the city limits of Mamryn village.

As of December 31, 2022, part of the real estate of the enterprise with a total area of 522.8 sq. m. is leased in accordance with 3 contracts. The deadline for the validity of lease agreements is until 30.04.2025, but no longer than until the moment of privatization.
Privatization conditions:
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
