Information on lease agreements: as of June 11, 2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of ​​1,220.4 sq. m was leased in accordance with 7 contracts. The maximum validity period of lease agreements is until September 28, 2028.

The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: civil defense protective structure No. 57305 with a total area of ​​645.6 sq. m, located at the address: Odesa city, 34, Kosmonavtiv St.

Information on the presence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.

The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, there is no waste generation or disposal.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
