Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 7 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (engineering and laboratory building, garages, canopy, transformer substation, etc.) with a total area of over 3,068.9 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- Odesa city, 34, Kosmonavtiv St.;
- Odesa city, 94-V, Liustdorfska doroha St.
Information about land plots: 2 registered land plots with a total area of 0.3628 hectares.
Vehicles information: 3 Renault DUSTER passenger cars manufactured in 2018.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 537 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
Information on lease agreements: as of June 11, 2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 1,220.4 sq. m was leased in accordance with 7 contracts. The maximum validity period of lease agreements is until September 28, 2028.
The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: civil defense protective structure No. 57305 with a total area of 645.6 sq. m, located at the address: Odesa city, 34, Kosmonavtiv St.
Information on the presence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.
The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, there is no waste generation or disposal.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
