Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 53 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (production, storage, administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 16,329.20 sq. m located at the following address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Kamianets-Podilskyi Rayon, Sakhkamin village, 1 Ukrainska St.

In accordance with the Information from the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate Objects dated May 25, 2023 No. 333482434, by the decision of the state executor of the Executive Service of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Rayon AA050182 dated March 10, 2006 and the decision on the seizure of the debtor’s property and the announcement of a ban on its alienation by the state executor of the district department of the State Executive Service of the Kamianets-Podilskyi city district department of justice of Ukraine, w/o number dated September 17, 2009, all real estate of the SOE “Niginsky quarry” was seized.

Information about motor vehicles: 34 units of motor vehicles and special equipment.

Information about land plots: 3 registered land plots with a total area of 79.6056 ha.

According to the information of the enterprise, within the land plot with cadastral number 6822485400:04:010:0001, the «Sakhkamin» site of the Niginsko-Verbovetsky limestone deposit is located, for which on 05.11.2021 the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine granted Special Permission for the Use of Subsoil No. 6586 for a period until 05.11.2041 to “Ukrdiabaz” LLC, USREOU code 42512646.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, in the amount of 2 units, namely:

• PAZ 3205 bus (state No. 5150 KhMO);
• VAZ 21213 passenger car (state No. 1576 KhMV).

These objects were transferred to the Kamianets-Podilskyi Territorial Center for Acquisition and Social Support in accordance with acts No. 668/1 and No. 669/1 dated March 14, 2022.

The enterprise has production equipment in its assets.

There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
