* In a letter dated May 16, 2025, No. 3583/5/24-13-04-01-04, the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Chernivtsi Oblast informed the State Privatization Agency that the state-owned enterprise
“Nepolokivetsky KHP” had not submitted its financial statements for 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
As of December 30, 2025, current (including overdue) accounts payable – UAH 42,629,959,48 including:
- debt for goods, works and services – UAH 4,135,236.15;
- wage arrears – UAH 11,240,052,19;
- debt to the budget – UAH 20,292,034.45;
- insurance debt – UAH 5,233,049.11;
- current liabilities – UAH 99,669.28;
- other accounts payable – UAH 1,629,918.30.
Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 129 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (office, warehouse, production, auxiliary buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 41,546.7 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- Nepolokivtsi urban-type settlement, 43, Magistralna St.;
- Nepolokivtsi urban-type settlement, 28, Magistralna St.
Information about land plots: 2 registered land plots with a total area of 19.8222 hectares.
Vehicle information: 24 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured in 1983 – 2013, including 2 transferred to the Chernivtsi regional territorial center for recruitment and social support.
The KAMAZ-5320 110-13 vehicle was transferred to the Chernivtsi District CCC and Joint Venture according to the act dated 03/23/2022. The trailer of the GKB 8350 058-62 vehicle was transferred to the Chernivtsi District CCC and Joint Venture according to the act dated 05/05/2022.
The vehicles are internal plant transport, are not used on public roads and are not subject to registration.
There are no registration documents for the following vehicles: Bus KAVZ-3976, Trailer 2p TS-4, Diesel locomotive 7415, Diesel locomotive TGK-2 5434, Diesel locomotive TGK-2 8774, Diesel locomotive TTM 23B 3202, Electric forklift EP-103K.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 1172 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
As of December 31, 2025, the assets of the SOE “Nepolokivetsky Bread Products Plant” are not under lease.
On the off-balance sheet account of the enterprise there is an object not subject to privatization, namely: a protective structure for civil protection (anti-radiation shelter No. 96064) with an area of 132.8 sq. m located at the address: Chernivtsi Oblast, Nepolokivtsi urban-type settlement, 43/1, Magistralna St.
According to the certificate of the SOE “Nepolokivtsi Grain Processing Plant” the enterprise has mobilization tasks.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants: emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment are not carried out, waste is not generated or stored on the territory of the enterprise.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
