As of 30.09.2023:
Accounts payable – UAH 9,776.00 thousand, including:
- for goods, works, services – UAH 5,803 thousand;
- budget calculations – UAH 1,487 thousand;
- insurance calculations – UAH 510 thousand;
- wage calculations – UAH 1,190 thousand;
- other accounts payable – UAH 786 thousand.
As of January 29, 2024, there are 17 proceedings in the state of suspension of enforcement proceedings in relation to the SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant”, and 3 proceedings in the process of being opened.
Information about the objects (real estate): the object includes 49 unregistered units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial, administrative, warehouse buildings and structures) with a total area of 25,719.4 sq. m, located at the following address:
- Cherkasy Oblast, Cherkasy Rayon, Kamianka town, 1, Rudnyanska (Serdyuka) St.
According to the Information Certificate from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate No. 363552453 dated January 29, 2024, all real estate of the enterprise was seized.
Information about land plots: according to information provided by the Main Directorate of the State GeoCadastre of Ukraine in Cherkasy Oblast by letter No. 7-23-0.21-2598/2-23 dated May 24, 2023, according to state statistical reporting on quantitative land registration (6-zem form) as of January 01, 2016, the SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant” land plots with a total area of 86.9451 hectares took into account. However, as of June 2023, there are no records of registration of title documents for land plots of the SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant” in the State Land Register of Ukraine, as well as there are no cadastral numbers.
Information about vehicles: 6 units of motor vehicles and special equipment 1989-2008 year of manufacture.
Information on movable property: 430 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, computer and office equipment, etc.) (more details in the appendix to the information notification).
There are no lease agreements for the privatization object or its parts as of September 30, 2023.
On the balance sheet of the SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant”, 13 objects are taken into account that are not subject to privatization (a storage facility for civil defense – a protective structure for civil protection (anti-radiation shelter No. 89928), 6 residential buildings, a barn, a cellar, a well, an off-site water supply system, a dam, etc.).
The material assets of the state (including mobilization) reserve are not taken into account at the enterprise.
SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant” does not have harmful production, does not emit or discharge pollutants into the natural environment, or generate or dispose of waste.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
