Description: the privatization object is a property complex of a state owned enterprise, which includes:
- office premises with a total area of 62.7 sq. m located at the address: Kyiv city, 36-V Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard;
- recreation center located at the address: Kyiv Oblast, Boryspil Rayon, Hnidyn village council, “Mlynovo” tract, 6 Kniazhna St. (dormitory building with a total area of 1,746.6 sq. m; canteen-hangar with a total area of 732.0 sq. m; 11 vacation homes – 110-120 sq. m each).
Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 28 units of buildings and structures with a total area of 4,148.3 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- Kyiv city, 36-V Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard with an area of 62.7 sq. m (office premises);
- Kyiv Oblast, Boryspil Rayon, Hnidyn village council, Mlynovo tract, 6 Kniazhna St., with an area of 4,085.6 sq. m (recreation center).
Information about land plots: 1 land plot with a total area of 1.7343 hectares.

The list of assets (movable property) recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and included in the privatization object is given in the appendix to the information notification.
Lease agreements concluded for enterprise property: part of the non-residential premises “canteen-hangar (water station)” with an area of 40.0 sq. m (sauna) was leased to WORK OUT EVENTS UA LLC in accordance with agreement No. 4 dated March 27, 2013, valid for one year with the right of extension.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- water tower at the address: Kyiv Oblast, Boryspil Rayon, Mlynovo tract, 6 Kniazhna St.
The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment.
There are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
