• Ivano-Frankivsk city, 2a, Lysenka St.

Information on land plots: 2 registered land plots with a total area of ​​14.3752 ha.

Vehicles information: 22 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured in 1974 – 2003.

List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 667 inventory units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements: as of 01.07.2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of ​​19,809.1 sq. m was leased in accordance with 6 agreements. The maximum validity period of existing lease agreements is for the period of martial law and 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law, but not longer than the moment of transfer of ownership of the property.

The enterprise’s balance sheet includes 3 objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:

• the road from Radianska (Nezalezhnosti) St. To No.1 workshop;
• boiler house;
• non-residential premises (basement), which, in accordance with the decision of the Ivano-Frankivsk District Administrative Court, which entered into force on 19.03.2024 in case No. 300/8484/23 dated 15.02.2024, is a protective structure for civil defense.

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: due to the absence of production activities at the enterprise, there are no emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, as well as an enterprise does not generate or dispose of waste, and does not pay environmental fees and charges.

Information on the presence of mobilization tasks: the enterprise was informed of the mobilization task in terms of nomenclature and volume.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
