According to the information of the enterprise (certificate dated 10.11.2023), the property and accounts of the enterprise were seized, about which the relevant entries were made in the State Register of Property Encumbrances.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: residential real estate objects:

- Apartment (registration number 2183049268000), at the address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Shepetivka Rayon, Hannopil village, 8 Shevchenka St.
- Apartment (registration number 2183081868000), at the address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Shepetivka Rayon, Hannopil village, 8 Shevchenka St.
- Well building No. 5, at the address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Shepetivka Rayon, Hannopil village, Myru St.
- Artesian well No. 5, at the address: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Shepetivka Rayon, Hannopil village, Myru St.
Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment were not carried out, waste was not generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Hannopil distillery” does not carry out economic activities for the production of alcoholic beverages.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at its location.
