In accordance with the Information from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate of the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate Objects regarding the Subject dated 07.03.2023 No. 325027512 by the Resolution on the arrest of the property of the debtor VP No. 17827342 dated 14.04.2010, the department of the State Executive Service of the Slavuta Interdistrict Division of Justice of Ukraine seized all real estate of the SOE “Hannopil distillery”.

The property, which is part of the property complex of SOE “Hannopil distillery“, is not leased.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: residential real estate objects:

Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment were not carried out, waste was not generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Hannopil distillery” does not carry out economic activities for the production of alcoholic beverages.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at its location.
