Information about land plots: 2 registered land plots with a total area of 22.8707 hectares.

The land plots on which the Privatization Object is located are not the subject of purchase and sale, therefore the Buyer decides on the issue of land use independently in the manner prescribed by current legislation after the transfer of ownership of the Privatization Object to the Buyer.

Vehicles information as of September 30, 2023: 17 units of motor vehicles and special equipment. According to information from the enterprise, the condition of the vehicles is unsatisfactory, registration documents are missing.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are 17 objects that are not subject to privatization (8 residential buildings, 4 barns, a water supply network, a 3-room apartment, an anti-radiation shelter with an area of 193.8 sq. m, etc.).

According to information from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate in relation to the subject dated 10.01.2024 (information certificate number: 361417705) encumbrances (seizure of real estate) have been registered on the property/rights of the SOE “Chechelnytskyi distillery plant”.

As of December 28, 2023, the company’s property is not leased.

Information about movable property that is recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and is part of the privatization object: 37 inventory units (machinery, equipment, inventory) (more details in the appendix to the information notification).

The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.

There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Chechelnytskyi distillery plant” has not carried out economic activities since 2009.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
