The privatization object includes 13 motor vehicles (cars).
The property of the enterprise (or its part) is not leased.
Certain property (machinery, furniture) of the SOE “Сhornomorskyi Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine” was transferred under the loan agreement № MF-M/25.11.19 dated 16.12.2019 and the Act of acceptance-transfer of property dated 16.12.2019 to the Department of State Service for Labor of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region. The specified property in violation of the loan agreement was not returned to the owner. The Commercial Court of Mykolaiv region in case №915 / 209/21 on the claim of the SOE “Сhornomorskyi Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine” to the defendant of the Department of State Service for Labor of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region on seizure of property, 18.05.2021 decided to satisfy the claim and seize property. The defendant filed an appeal against the decision dated 18.05.2021, which was denied by the decision of the South-Western Court of Appeal dated 28.09.2021.This property is on the off-balance sheet account of the enterprise, the value of this property is not included in the value of the property complex of the SOE “Сhornomorskyi Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine” and will not be transferred to the buyer.
There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste are not carried out by the enterprise.
Privatization conditions:
- Preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
- Repayment of debts on wages and before the budget, overdue accounts payable of the enterprise within 2 months.
