As of 30.06.2022 part of the property, which is part of the property complex of SOE “Haisyn distillery plant”, namely: non-residential buildings and structures, equipment, motor vehicles, is leased in accordance with 9 contracts. The deadline for the existing lease agreements is until 17.01.2039.
The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: anti-radiation shelter registration No. 00516, with a total area of 142.3 sq. m, built into a 2-story building commissioned in 1967.
The volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air for 2021: (according to the form “2-TP (air) annual) in total at the enterprise – 194.946 tons, in addition to carbon dioxide – 7850.95 tons. Waste generation for 2021: (according to the form No. 1 – waste (annual) in total for the enterprise – 5.531 tons.
Environmental payments for 2021: (according to the form No. 1 – environmental costs (annual) were actually paid in total – UAH 172.0 thousand.
SOE “Haisyn distillery plant” did not discharge pollutants into water bodies.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
