On April 30, 2021, the privatization of the rest house of the state-owned enterprise of alcohol and spirits industry «UKRSPYRT» was auctioned online, according to the results of which the state budget should receive 7.5 million UAH.

25 participants competed for the ownership of the asset and increased the price of the privatization object 105 times – from the starting UAH 71,493 to UAH 7 510 002.

The fight for the asset continued throughout all rounds, and the final bets of the three leaders differed by only one hryvnia.

The rest house of SOE «UKRSPYRT» is located in the resort village of Modrychi, Lviv region, 8 km north of Truskavets.

The winner of the auction has to sign a protocol on the results of the auction, conclude a sale contract and make a payment. After that, the privatization processof the object will be officially completed.
