Real estate information: the object includes 47 units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial buildings, warehouses, administrative buildings and structures etc.) with a total area of 11,566.5 sq. m, located at the following addresses:

• Vinnytsia Oblast, Haisyn Rayon, Chechelnyk village, 78, Shkilna St.;

As of February 26, 2026, the company’s property is not leased.

The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.

There were no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the enterprise has not carried out economic activities since 2009.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 at the location of the object.
