The property has been leased for recreation. The lease agreement remains valid for the new owner of the privatized property in accordance with Part 4 of Art. 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On the privatization of state and communal property”.

Information about the land plot: there is no land management documentation for land plots on which buildings and structures are located. Land plots are not allocated in kind.

Privatization conditions:

• the buyer of the privatization object is obliged to ensure the preservation of the activity profile for at least 1 year from the date of transfer of ownership.
