There are no objects on the Company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
The Company has no mobilization tasks (orders).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges for the period of 2023 – Q1 2025:
- Volume of pollutant emissions into the atmospheric air – 137.357667 tonnes;
- Discharges of pollutants directly into water bodies – 67.4284 tonnes;
- Waste disposal in specially designated places or facilities – 14.1892 tonnes;
- Environmental payments: actually paid in total – UAH 231.91 thousand.
Privatization conditions:
- preservation of the main activities of the company;
- repayment within 6 months of debts on wages and to the budget, which exist as of the date of transfer of ownership of the purchased share;
- repayment of overdue accounts payable of the company existing as of the date of transfer of the ownership right to the acquired stake, except for debts to individuals and legal entities in respect of which special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) have been applied in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’, and persons related to them, as well as creditors beneficiary of which are citizens/residents of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus;
- preventing during the fulfilment of the buyer’s obligations, the sale, alienation, lease or transfer for use/management of the Company’s property/assets to individuals and legal entities in respect of which special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) have been applied in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’, and persons related to them, as well as legal entities whose beneficiaries are citizens/residents of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus;
- social guarantees to employees in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation;
- prevention of dismissal of the company’s employees at the initiative of the new owner or its authorized body within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership of the acquired stake to the new owner;
- compliance with the requirements and additional restrictions of environmental legislation;
- implementation of the existing collective agreement and conclusion of a new collective agreement for the subsequent periods after the expiry of the existing one, as well as employment of the dismissed employees of the company in accordance with the law.
The term for fulfilment of the buyer’s obligations in accordance with the conditions that do not have a specific fulfilment period is five years from the date of transfer of ownership of the acquired stake to the buyer.
