Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 15 registered units of real estate (administrative and industrial building, auxiliary building, carpentry building, household auxiliary building, auxiliary warehouse building, garage and storage buildings, administrative and household building, Sokolya recreation center etc.) and infrastructure (a system of planar structures, a system of reverse water supply facilities, a gas control point, an underground reservoir of drinking water V = 50 cub. m, a closed parking lot, a perimeter fence, etc.) with a total area of more than 12394.6 sq. m located at:

JSC “Lviv Jewelry Plant” accounts state property that is not included in the authorized capital of the company, as not subject to privatization: a protective structure of civil protection (fallout shelter storage), that is not included in the authorized capital of JSC “Lviv Jewelry Plant” and built in building of Administrative and production building, located at Lviv city, Akademika Pidstrygacha St., 2, and the property of civil protection located in it.
JSC “Lviv Jewelery Plant” has no lease agreements concluded on the company’s property assets.
