As of June 30, 2025, overdue accounts payable amounted to UAH 6,381,247.05, including:

• wage arrears – UAH 1,977,107.76;
• debt to the budget – UAH 1,728,329.30;
• debt for goods (works, services) – UAH 2,159,774.04;
• other accounts payable – UAH 516,035.95.

Real estate information: the privatization object includes 36 units of real estate (administrative, industrial, warehouse buildings and structures, etc.) and infrastructure (water supply and sewerage networks, gas pipeline, cable and telephone networks, fencing, etc.) with a total area of 10,814.0 sq. m, located at the following addresses:

• 15 Veresivskyi Shliakh St., Zhytomyr city;
• 28 Panasa Myrnoho St., Kyiv city;
• 2-A Zhmerynska St., Kyiv city.

Information about the land plots: 3 land plots with a total area of over 0.8132 hectares.

Vehicle information: 11 units of motor vehicles manufactured in 2004-2008.

List of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 27 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the appendix to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements:  as of 30.06.2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 10,216.0 sq. m  was leased out under 2 agreements.  The maximum term of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.

The company’s balance sheet includes an object that is not subject to privatization, namely: the civil defense facility, located at 15 Veresivskyi Shliakh St.,  Zhytomyr city, Ukraine.

The company has no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, and no waste was generated or disposed of.

The company did not receive any mobilization tasks.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
