As of 30.06.2024, the company had no overdue accounts payable, including wages, payments to the budget, and other accounts payable.
Real estate information: the object includes 32 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial, warehouse, office, auxiliary buildings and structures, sheds, fencing, paving, cable, water supply, sewerage, telephone networks, etc.) with a total area of 5,528.6 sq. m, located at the following address:

The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization until the full restoration of the constitutional order of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories in accordance with paragraph 71 of Section V of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Privatization of State and Municipal Property’, namely: the property of the Kherson Prosthetic and Orthopedic Department in the total amount of 164 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the appendix #2 to the information notification).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- For 2023 (according to Form No. 2-TP (air) annual), in total for the enterprise – 150 mg/m2.
- Waste generation for 2023 (according to Form No. 1-Waste (annual)) in total for the enterprise – 81 tonnes.
- Environmental payments for 2023 (according to Form No. 1 – environmental costs (annual)) actually paid in total – UAH 2 thousand.
- There are no discharges of pollutants into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- maintaining the company’s main activity profile for 10 years;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
