Information about the land plot: according to information from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Ownership Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate Objects regarding a real estate property, the right of ownership of the land plot at the address: Kharkiv city, 151, Heroiv Kharkova Ave. is not registered, cadastral numbers are missing.
A land plot with an area of 0.4224 hectares, on which the property complex of SOE “Ukrainian State Institute for Design of Heavy Engineering Plants” is located, by the decision of the 17th session of the Kharkiv City Council of the 7th convocation dated 20.12.2017 No. 870/17, as amended by the decision of the 4th session of the Kharkiv City Council of the 8th convocation dated 21.04.2021 No. 102/21, was allocated for the development of a land management project of a land plot for the operation and maintenance of non-residential buildings of the SOE “Ukrainian State Institute for Design of Heavy Engineering Plants”. The land management project was developed in 2021-2022 and agreed upon with all adjacent land users, but was not approved by the Kharkiv City Council due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.
Vehicles information: 2 units of motor vehicles manufactured in 1988 and 1994.

The maximum term of validity of existing lease agreements is until July 26, 2028, but not longer than the date of transfer of ownership to the buyer of the property complex.
There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment.
The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
