Information on lease agreements: as of 31.03.2025, a part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 613.9 sq. m was leased out under 5 agreements. The maximum term of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.
According to the information provided by the company, the SOE has:
- agreement on the responsible storage of property with the right to use it (No. 4-2017 dated 03.04.2017);
- agreements on reimbursement of operating costs of a state-owned enterprise.
There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
The company has no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment as well as no waste was generated or disposed of.
The company did not receive mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
