The property complex includes: non-residential building with a total area of 10,172.4 sq.m, built in 1985, at the address: 21-A, Kosmichna St., Kharkiv city; non-residential buildings with an area of 286.4 sq. m, 279.3 sq.m, 15.9 sq.m, 203.9 sq.m, 13.5 sq.m, 166.7 sq.m, built in 1954, at the address: 11, Symyrenkiv (former Soyuzny) lane, Kharkiv city; vehicles – 4 units, equipment, machinery and inventory. The real estate objects are located on 2 land plots with the approximate size of 0.5926 ha. The land plots are not subject to sale and purchase, so the Buyer shall decide on the land use issues independently in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, after the transfer of ownership of the property complex. Territories of possible hostilities) for which the date of termination of the possibility of hostilities has not been determined.

The enterprise does not emit and discharge pollutants into the environment, environmental fees and charges are not accrued and paid.

The enterprise has no mobilization tasks, there are no civil protection facilities on the balance sheet.

Privatization conditions:

  • repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
  • preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
