Description: the object of privatization is 227/250 parts of the complex of non-residential buildings with a total area of 14081.5 sq. m located at the address: 19, 600-richchya St., Vinnytsia city, Vinnytsia Rayon, Vinnytsia Oblast, consisting of 25 units of registered real estate and infrastructure, namely: production building; industrial goods store; warehouse-basement; warehouse of fuels and lubricants with an extension; car garage, warehouse; premises No. 1 and No. 6; car garage with a viewing hole; cooling tower; pumping station; playground; parking lot; artesian well; Rozhnovsky water tower; water networks; heating networks; sewerage and drainage networks; external power networks; internal power networks; internal telecommunication lines; external telecommunication lines; mechanized gates; metal figured fencing; territory fencing; fuel filling station.

Grounds for the emergence of ownership/information on registration of ownership: extract from the State Register of Property Rights, index number of the extract: 329199846 dated 14.04.2023.
Form of ownership and owner: State, Regional Branch Office of SPFU in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts.
According to information from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate, by the decree No. 68549079 dated February 9, 2022, the First Department of the State Executive Service in Vinnytsia city of the Central-Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi town) seized all real estate of the SOE «State Fund of Geospatial Data of Ukraine».
As of March 31, 2023, the company’s balance sheet includes a motor vehicle (GAZ 3110 manufactured in 2003, АV0795АА state registration number) and production equipment.
Information about land plots: the land plot on which the Property complex of SOE «State Fund of Geospatial Data of Ukraine» is located, with cadastral number 0510136600:02:045:0027 with an area of 3.0557 hectares, was transferred to the archive layer of the National Cadastral System due to its division. As a result of land plot division, four new land plots were formed with the following cadastral numbers, namely:
- 0510100000:02:045:0119 with an area of 0.1306 ha;
- 0510100000:02:045:0120 with an area of 2.6391 ha;
- 0510100000:02:045:0121 with an area of 0.1339 ha;
- 0510100000:02:045:0122 with an area of 0.1521 ha
for the construction and maintenance of other public buildings. There is no information about the registered right in the State Land Cadastre.
Information about the lease agreements concluded for the object: as of March 31, 2023, part of the property with a total area of 2818.5 sq. m is leased in accordance with 4 lease agreements. The deadline for the validity of existing lease agreements is until 26.12.2025.
The company’s balance sheet includes an object that is not subject to privatization:
- protective structure of civil protection – premises in the building: storage – premises No. 1, (registration number: 00209), with a total area of 271.5 sq. m, (according to the certificate of the municipal enterprise “Vinnytsia City technical inventory bureau” which is 2/125 share of a complex of non-residential buildings), located at the address: 19, 600-richchya St., Vinnytsia city, Vinnytsia Rayon, Vinnytsia Oblast.
There were no emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, no waste was generated or disposed of, due to the fact that the State Enterprise «State Fund of Geospatial Data of Ukraine» has not been carrying out economic activities since 2021.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
