Privatization conditions:
- maintaining the profile of the property complex – activities in the field of engineering, geology and geodesy, the provision of technical consulting services in these areas, within one year from the date of transfer of ownership of the object of privatization;
- repayment within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership of the object of privatization of debts on wages and to the budget, overdue accounts payable of the enterprise, formed on the date of transfer to the buyer of ownership of the object of privatization;
- prevention of dismissal of employees of the enterprise on the initiative of the owner or his authorized body (except for dismissal on the basis of clause 6 of part one of Article 40 of the Labor Code of Ukraine or commission of actions by an employee for which exemption is provided on the basis of clauses 3, 4, 7 and 8 of part one Articles 40 and 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine) within six months from the date of transfer of ownership of the object of privatization.
